Kriisin sattuessa soitamme heti pelastustyöntekijöille. Heillä sanotaan olevan kaksi sydäntä: toinen sykkii heille itselleen, toinen taas sykkii siviileille. Vierekkäisissä laitoksissa olevat poliisit ja palomiehet tekevät yhteistyötä taistellakseen rikoksia ja tulta vastaan vaikeimpina hetkinä.
