Juoni

Finn ja Jake asuvat post-apokalyptisessa Ooon maassa noin tuhat vuotta "Suuren Sienisodan" jälkeen. Sarjassa seurataan heidän seikkailujaan siellä ja kanssakäymistä muiden avainhahmojen kanssa, joista tärkeimmät ovat: Princess Bubblegum, The Ice King ja Marceline. Matkoillaan Finn ja Jake kohtaavat hirviöitä ja vaaroja, joita vastaan he taistelevat.
